The authors have to check on the website the day their poster presentation is scheduled.
Posters have to be hang up in the morning (before the first coffee break) and picked up before 6 a.m. Material to hang up the posters will be provided.
We have planned enough time for the poster sequences, to be an important moment of the conference.
The total time slot for a presentation is 20 minutes. It is very important to respect this delay, to allow participants to navigate between sessions.
This time slot is divided into 15 mn for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for the discussion with the session participants.
The presentation must be based on a power point. All the power point files must be installed and checked on the computer before the session starts.
For each session a technician will be present for assistance and guidance.
