INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS FOR A POSTER OR AN ORAL PRESENTATION TO THE 21th INTERNATIONAL ISTRO CONFERENCE.

INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS FOR A POSTER OR AN ORAL PRESENTATION TO THE 21th INTERNATIONAL ISTRO CONFERENCE.

POSTERS

The poster size must be as close a possible to the standard format (0.8m x 1.2m).

There is no template.

The poster must be designed so as to present the objective of the study, the material and methods used, one or two results, conclusion and perspectives. It must be be easy to read, with illustrations and/or figures.

The authors have to check on the website the day their poster presentation is scheduled, depending on the session (see news / program).

Posters will be hung up in the morning (before the first coffee break) and picked up at the end of the afternoon. Material to hang up the posters will be provided.

We have planned enough time for the poster sequences, to be an important moment of the conference.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS.

The total time slot for a presentation is 20 minutes. It is very important to respect this delay, to allow participants to navigate between sessions.

This time slot is divided into 15’ for the presentation itself and 5’ for the discussion with the session participants.

The presentation must be based on a PowerPoint. All the PowerPoint files must be installed and checked on the computer before the session starts.

For each session a technician will be present for assistance and guidance.

The program of the conference is now availaible!

The program of the conference is now availaible!

The distribution of sessions is posted on the site: the 121 oral presentations take place over 3 days.
Given the number of posters (91), there will be three poster sessions, one per day.

This will ensure a rich and valuable exchange between participants
Wednesday is dev oted to the field trip, with a visit of the experimental station ARVALIS in Boigneville: five workshops will be organised, around Boigneville experiments. In the afternoon, a visit of the Fontainebleau castle will follow the visit.

Looking forward to seeing you in Paris!
